Why Use a Headhunter
There is no question about it, the best jobs, the best opportunities, are generally unadvertised and unknown to people looking for a job. Only as a last resort will a company advertise their positions. Many of these companies are not good places to work, that is why they have high turnover and must advertise. This is not for you.
